• Expert in strategic planning for institutions, organizations and communities • Teacher (in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program), Executive Assistant to the College President, and Coordinator of Staff/Organizational Development during a 25-year career at MATC • Chair of the Vanguard Team and liaison for the college to the project as MATC was one of twelve college in the U.S. and Canada piloting the transition to becoming a learning college • Overseer for selection of facilitators, design of curricula, and trainer of more than 100 support staff, administrators and faculty members who delivered a comprehensive repertoire of courses and workshops to meet the professional development needs of the college and individual employees |
