Over the course of the next several issues of
Reflections ,
we will be featuring the dimensions of educational
transformation. These are the ways in which education
has and is changing from the tradition-based ‘doesn’t
work but we’ve always done it this way’ to what Process
Education™ has to offer. The article on page 1 of this
newsletter, “The
Effect of Efficacy”, is our first
feature.
As a way to both begin and organize our sharing, we
would like to offer the 14 dimensions of change, as we
have come to recognize and understand them, along with
the current tendency and future direction for each
dimension.
Our experience has
given us an abiding and sustaining vision of what the
future of education can be;
