The International Journal for Process Education is published biannually by the Academy of Process Educators, a community of practice comprised of scholars and educators dedicated to transforming higher education. This peer-reviewed international journal also serves as the Academy’s archival medium. The Journal’s Editorial Board of consists of pre-eminent educators and scholars, all of whom are dedicated to the principles of Process Education.

Journal articles are based on topics related to Process Education and meet the following standards:

  • Address issues relevant to the philosophy and implementation of Process Education

  • Employ the principles & methodologies of Process Education

  • Present original contributions to the Process Education knowledge map

  • Appeal to a wide range of Process Educators

  • Expand upon bodies of knowledge and references relevant to Process Education

Manuscripts submitted for publication will be assessed by at least three reviewers using the SII (Strengths, Improvements, Insights) Method. Significant commentaries may also be published as Briefs.

The first Call for Papers will be issued on the Journal website in July, 2007.
