Kettering University has chosen the theme of Innovations for Student Success  for 2007 and 2008. The faculty development institutes selected by Kettering are designed to strengthen institutional effectiveness by implementing innovations within a student success program and improve ongoing support and growth of faculty/staff performance through a Faculty Development Academy.
