The UDC Regional Professional Development Center has chosen the theme of Enhancing Administrative Effectiveness for Greater Student Success  for 2006/2007. The three faculty development institutes selected by UDC are designed to strengthen institutional effectiveness by growing leadership skills, improving change processes, and implementing innovations within a student success program. This center is supportive of the leadership role UDC has taken in helping to improve student success through many different channels, and embraces UDC’s current slogan – “A New Day, A New Opportunity”.
