Star performers are able to find enough hours in each day to accomplish things that others can’t seem to find
time to do. How is this possible? Star performers know that there are four critical steps: 1) good planning,
2) following the plan closely, 3) using the planned time productively, and 4) assessing the performance on
a monthly basis. Now that you have learned these steps (along with new ideas and additional tools), you
have what it takes to
double
your daily performance by focusing on the most important things, becoming
more effective with each hour, keeping balance in life, and assessing performance.
