Exploring the Mentoring Process
W
HY
Mentors and mentoring takes on different forms and experiences based upon the relationships between the
mentor and mentee. The sharing of mentoring experiences, the strengths of these relationships, the power
of mentoring, the dynamics of the shared expectations, and the results produced will help strongly guide
future mentoring experiences. You will produce your top five criteria for what you want in your mentors
to help guide you in both selection, recruitment, and performance in the relationship.
