Find a friend who has a difficult life problem he or she would like you to help them with. You will
be their consultant, helping them solve their problem. Use the Problem Solving Methodology to
help them facilitate finding their own solution. When it comes to modeling the sub-problems, try
to use at least one mathematical model.

Find yourself in a team, group, or an organization that has a problem. You will become their
problem-solving facilitator by using the Problem Solving Methodology. You will help this group
systematically go through the problem-solving process to come up with a well-documented
solution.
