In choosing a name for the Pacific Crest newsletter, we were faced with a number of possibilities. Finally, we arrived at the name Reflections.

How perfect, we thought... “a (focused) thought, an idea formed or a remark made as a result of meditation.”

We promise to choose our articles with great thought and care, selecting those topics we feel are valuable and important to you, our readers. As faculty members, you have come to appreciate the value of self-reflection and it is our goal to provide you with ideas and information that will be helpful to your personal and professional growth.
