When you call Pacific Crest these days, the chances are good that you’ll be greeted with a voice that is energetic, kind, and helpful--this voice belongs to Rosa Gonzalez, one of the newest members of our team.

Rosa has agreed to undertake the challenge of keeping our loosely-knit group of individuals organized and synchronized. The skills required to meet this daunting challenge come naturally to Rosa, who has three children between the ages of 9 and 15. Rosa feels that her ability to organize is a talent that also lends itself well to Pacific Crest.

She counts her family as her highest priority, but her community is a close second. Rosa lends her particular brand of energy to working with young people. She explains, "One of my life goals is to help give young people options beyond ‘street life’." She is currently organizing and raising funds for a program to help low-income parents send their children to safe, community-oriented activities after school and during the summer months.

Rosa’s educational background is in Public Relations. She says, "I enjoy PR-type work—I tend to work very well with all kinds of people and can almost always create win-win situations." She laughs and agrees that being fluent in both English and Spanish doesn’t hurt either.

We offer Rosa a sincere "Welcome!" and thank her for all she does.
