Developing a Mindset for Assessment and Reflection
W
HY
The stronger the shift from self-judging (and reacting to others’ judgment of you) to self-assessment, the
more self-growth occurs. Targeting your time and energy by focusing on self-assessment and at other times
reflection can keep you true to your vision and values on the way to improving performance in carrying
out your own life plan. Each day becomes more valuable when you make decisions that feel good.
