Building on the success of
Foundations of Math, we are currently at work on
Foundations of Pre-Algebra. Topics covered include:
Evaluating Expressions, Geometry, Solving Equations, Data
Management, and Graphing. With its integrated use of
Critical Thinking Questions, Methodologies, Models and more,
we are pleased to expand our offering of p
rocess-oriented
student curricula. Publication is planned for Fall 2008.
We also have
a new revised edition of Foundations of Learning
planned for release in late Spring 2008 which will
incorporate all the strengths of the previous edition, but
includes features which allow this book to be used in a
variety of contexts, from developmental, to
orientation/freshman experience courses. With its
accompanying website, it can even be integrated smoothly
into the curricula of disciplinary courses, to aid students
in developing their learning skills.
