Progress on the Results Measurement System (RMS) has been exciting! Thanks to the work of Don Elger (University of Idaho), as well as others collaborating on this amazing project we now have a framework for making measurements in any context. RMS will reveal how to unify growth in performance with the results that people care about. Keeping things simple, RMS uses web-based technology and with its user-friendly interface, measurements can be made in less than five minutes. We are currently developing a prototype RMS for use in our own institutes.
